The cur­rent exchange rates in Scot­land have the US dol­lar at .606p and the US life at 1/189^th of a Libyan mass-murderer’s life.

Am I the only one won­der­ing why MacAskill didn’t com­pas­sion­ately diag­nose and treat al-Megrahi’s prostate can­cer? Mr. MacAskill, were you deny­ing al-Megrahi com­pas­sion­ate med­ical care whilst in your prison?
